The Site is an independent directory and comparison tool for Pilates instructor training courses, studios and industry jobs in Australia. Information is compiled from public sources and provider submissions, and is provided as a guide only.

Content on the Site is for general information only and is not legal, financial, medical, career or educational advice. You should independently verify course details, pricing, accreditation status and availability directly with the provider before enrolling or making any commitment.

Listings for training providers, studios, jobs and franchise opportunities relate to third parties we do not control. We do not endorse, guarantee or accept responsibility for any third-party product, service or content. Any dealings you have with a third party (including our co-registration partner Choose Franchise) are solely between you and that third party.

We take reasonable steps to keep listings accurate and current — see our methodology — but course details, pricing, availability and accreditation change frequently. We make no warranty that information on the Site is complete, current or error-free. If you notice something wrong, please use the "Report inaccuracy" link on the relevant page.

By submitting information through the Site (including forms, claims and reports) you:

• confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it;
• consent to it being processed as described in our Privacy Policy;
• grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the information for the purpose of operating and improving the Site and delivering the services you have requested.

You must not:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of the Site's content without our written permission;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the Site's operation;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any provider, studio or organisation.

The Site design, code, editorial content and compilation of provider data are owned by or licensed to 20percent.ai Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Provider names, logos and course marks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions (whether express or implied), including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to AUD $100.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may restrict or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
